Mobilised to the task.
Safety zones of up to 500 m are declared around offshore installations during construction, major maintenance and decommissioning. Sea4D at the point of work detects and tracks the vessels and hazards in the water around the task. It is designed to measure wave height and period between the vessel and the structure, as live data for the go or no-go. Fitted permanently as part of the equipment's sensor suite, or mobilised for a single scope.

Permanently fitted or mobilised for a single scope, in any mounting orientation; power demand under 65 W.
Task equipment
One Sea4D unit fitted to the working system: the walk-to-work gangway, the cable-lay spread, the launch and recovery system.
Outputs
Wave height and period at the point of work, designed to reach the operation as live data, with a warning as conditions near the operation's limits. Sea4D is an aid and feeds no control system.

Workability
A go or no-go at the point of work against the operation's own limits in wave height and period, shown on Foresight, an easy-to-use interface at the helm, on a mobile or in a control room. Where there is connectivity, all data is backed up to the cloud for playback and audit.

AI object ID
The contact picture: vessels, small craft and objects in the water, such as marine mammals or hazards, detected and tracked.
